A 95 year old widow who has been forced to move GP surgery says her local practice is 'being unkind to old people.' Lily Dove has been using the same practice in Watton in Norfolk since she was born in 1919. But now it's oversubscribed and having trouble replacing GPs who have left, so she is being moved to another surgery in the next nearest town of Swaffham. We spoke to Lily and her son John.
