The Barbados rugby team are ranked 73 in world despite their unusual circumstances. Half the team live in England, half in Barbados so they only get together several times a year. In between times they do "online fitness training". 5 live's Lesley Ashmall spoke to them ahead of their games against host nation Scotland and the top ranked nation, New Zealand.
