Murrays would have said yes to Commonwealth Games call

5 Live In Short

Available for over a year

Andy and Jamie Murray would have "big time" played tennis for Scotland at the Commonwealth Games if the opportunity had existed, their mother Judy has said. "It would have been amazing" if her sons could have competed in Glasgow, Judy Murray said. The brothers competed together in doubles at the 2008 Olympics and Andy Murray won gold in the men's singles at London 2012. While tennis is an Olympic sport it is not part of the Commonwealth Games roster. This clip is from Glasgow Live on Tuesday 28 July 2014.
