Lynsey Sharp won silver for Scotland in the women's 800m at the Commonwealth Games, just hours after being on a hospital drip following a bout of sickness. The Edinburgh runner, who only made the qualifying time in May, had "get out strong and commit" written on her hand in bold ink. 'I was reading the words on my hand just to stay focused on what I needed to do,' she told 5 live's Nihal. 5 live's Colin Paterson asked her mother Carol which four words she'd use to describe Lynsey.
