Workers have started digging out two lagoons which have been creating a stink on the Leicestershire/Derbyshire border. The storage lagoons have been holding waste vegetable matter at the AB Produce plant in Measham. Well the processing plant itself has attracted criticism from some nearby residents, who say it's responsible for a terrible smell that wafts across the surrounding villages.
