Kate Bush is mesmerising, iconic and elusive. Rarely giving interviews or performing live she remains one of the most influential artists of our time. With her first shows in over 30 years just around the corner we spoke to poet, photographer and Kate’s older brother John Carder Bush and asked him what life was like growing up with Kate. John has performed on several of Kate’s songs and in 1986 he published a fantastic book of photos ('Cathy') of Kate as a child, which hinted at the enigmatic talent that would lead her to become a global music hero
