5 Live In Short

Available for over a year

Before she was a bestselling crime writer, Kathy Reichs was a forensic anthropologist, putting names to difficult-to-identify remains. So when her 17 crime novels were adapted for TV series Bones, she worked as a consultant making sure the science was as true to life as possible. However, not all crime dramas have been so careful, so Kathy reveals to Richard Bacon some of the common "errors" crime dramas make. This clip is originally from Richard Bacon on Tuesday 16 September 2014.
