Breath Testing in Loughborough

Jim Davis and Jo Hayward

Available for over a year

Breath Testing is set to be introduced, in a trial, at a number of bars in Loughborough. Five bars will have the kits, with staff able to ask customers who they think might be over the limit to blow into them before they're allowed inside. At the moment, it is a pilot scheme which will run until the start of November. The idea came from Australia. The person who developed the project for Norfolk Police is Inspector Edward Brown, and he has been speaking to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Leicester
