Kevin Sinfield: 'Toughest decision of my career'

5 Live In Short

Available for over a year

Leeds Rhinos captain Kevin Sinfield admits giving up England captaincy was "horrible" after realising it was impacting negatively on his club career. The 34-year-old rugby league player said "To walk away from something like that is not a decision you make lightly and it took me a long time to get there, but I had to make that call. I'm getting old now, I've turned 34 and I want to get the best out of what's to come in my club career." This clip was taken from 5 live Sport on Monday 6th October 2014.
