A Leicester woman says she's been left more than a thousand pounds out of pocket, after being overcharged for 16 months by her energy provider. Lucinda Auton had an official meter reading by Scottish Power back in June 2013, after which her direct debit was drastically revised - up from £46 a month to £153! Several months later, Lucinda, who is partially sighted herself, called on her father to help as she was sliding further and further into debt.
