The Parliament building in the Canadian capital, Ottawa, has been sealed-off after at least one gunman fired shots inside and at the war memorial. A soldier has been killed in the attack and one gunman shot dead according to Canadian media. Ottawa Bureau Chief Matthew Millar spoke to 5 live from a "secure" secret location downtown, after escaping the parliament building by climbing through a broken window.
