Authorities in Canada say they believe the gunman who killed a soldier then opened fire in the parliament building was not part of a jihadist network. Police have released video showing how the gunman - Michael Zehaf-Bibeau - stormed parliament. Canada's Foreign Minister John Baird told the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ that Zehaf-Bibeau was "certainly radicalised", but was not on a list of high-risk individuals. Michel Juneau-Katsyu, former senior intelligence officer with the Canadian Secret Intelligence Service, described what behaviour can prompt relatives of extremists to contact the authorities. He also said the shooting dead of a solider guarding a war memorial is similar to the killing of Private Lee Rigby in Woolwich. This clip is originally from Up All Night on Saturday 25 October 2014.
