CIA 'sisterhood' members, Cindy Storer and Susan Hasler, and Minister for Counter Terrorism, Baroness Pauline Neville-Jones, explained how women prosper in intelligence work. The 'sisterhood' were the group of female CIA operatives who eventually tracked down Osama Bin Laden in May 2011. Mrs Hasler said women have a "different approach" which has led to five of the top eight CIA positions being held by women. Baroness Neville-Jones said women have "different characteristics" to men which benefit them in the work place. This clip is originally from 5 live Daily on Friday 31 October 2014.
