The Sikh Community Youth Service in Nottingham has started classes in the traditional teachings of Sikhism. It is accessible to everyone, Sikhs and non-Sikhs, and the classes are in English. In this extract she talks about how she grew up not really understanding Sikhism and how it works, until now.
