Emma co-founded the Roots Foundation, Emma was helped by it and now volunteers. The charity aims to provide support, assistance and advice for young people leaving care and individuals who have left care. They offer workshops on finance, cookery, health, relationships and parenting. a grant from Children In Need is now paying for the role of a Development Worker to work alongside the team.
