Former Fulham defender Simon Morgan says his old team mate Kit Symons knows "what makes the club tick" and is backing the new manager to be a success at the side they both know so well. Morgan also discusses what it was like playing in a defensive trio with Symons and "plastic captain" Chris Coleman, why raised expectations are a problem for another one of his old clubs Brighton, and why a hatred of training led him into an administrative job with the Premier League.
