There are growing concerns in Germany that Formula One is becoming so unpopular that the sport's free-to-air broadcaster is considering ending it's deal to show it. This from the country that's produced the multiple world champions Sebastian Vettel and Michael Schumacher, as well as this season's runner-up, Nico Rosberg.
