Sport seeks out social justice

Sportsworld

Available for over a year

Sportsworld heads to the US where we've seen a growing number of sport stars speak out about the high-profile cases involving black Americans killed after encounters with the police. This week, NBA stars, Le Bron James and Kobe Bryant were among many other basketball players to wear T-shirts with the slogan "I cant breathe" on it - that a reference to the final words of Eric Garner, who died after being held in a chokehold by police earlier this year. You'll hear from LeBron James in a moment, but first here's Kobe Bryant on why he chose to make this statement. (Image: LeBron James, Credit: AP)
