Dr Samantha Ravich, former deputy national security advisor for Vice President Cheney debated with Today's Justin Webb over whether North Korea should be put back on the 'State Sponsors of Terrorism' list. Describing the situation as 'crossing the Rubicon', Dr Ravich called this a "clear act of cyber-enabled economic warfare." Ambassador Christopher Hill, former US envoy to North Korea, advocated President Obama's call for a response, adding that there should be a "counterattack" against North Korea.
