Dottie Channing-Williams' spoke of her relief after Showjumper son Nicholas and his fiancée Regina were both rescued from the blazing ferry off the Greek island of Corfu. She says Nicholas was unrecognisable in a photo taken after he had reached safety as he was "completely black with soot".
