Nottingham Forest boss Stuart Pearce says the team's last-gasp winner at Derby will boost confidence following a tough run. Forest came from a goal down to win the East Midlands derby 2-1, easing pressure on Pearce following a sequence that had seen them win only two games in 20. "They should galvanise confidence from this," Pearce said. "But it's just one result - we need to see where we are at the end of the season."
