FIFA presidential candidate Jerome Champagne says David Ginola is wrong to have his own campaign funded by a bookmaker. Champagne also says it would be a "terrible mistake" to run the men's and women's World Cups together as suggested by Ginola. Champagne admits he's struggling to gain support from football associations, he said: "They need to give me and the other candidates these five letters of nomination because we need a debate on the future of football."
