Justin Bieber has made an emotional apology to fans for his "arrogance" after his appearance on the Ellen show. In an online video, the star said he “didn’t want to come off arrogant and conceited” and wanted the public to know he “cared about people”. Canadian writer Anne T Donahue, said she believed the country would understand the 20-year-old was “just a young kid, who got wrapped up in the wrong scene”. This clip is originally from the 5 live Hit List on Sunday 1 February 2015.
