Should we be proud of Asians who join the British Army?

Nihal

Available for over a year

The Army must do more to recruit ethnic minorities says it's top officer General Sir Nick Carter. There are currently only around 500 Muslims in the Army which is less than one per cent of the total. When it comes to Sikhs there are only just over 100 and Hindus actually have the biggest representation but it is still below what it should be. Vik and 'Sonia', whose husband has served in Iraq and Afghanistan, speak to Nihal about why Asians should be proud to join the British Army.
