A new report says dietary advice to limit how much fatty food we eat should not have been issued in the 1980s. Obesity researcher Zoe Harcombe said the study done in the 1980s only tested 2400 men who were "almost entirely men who had had a heart attack" and "no women whatsoever." "The dietary guidelines we've had for all these decades were evidence-based at the time," she said. "Don't assume that they're robust now."
