The chairman of Stoke City, Peter Coates, says Premier League clubs have a "responsibility to football" to ensure money flows through the whole of the game following the announcement of a new multi-billion pound TV deal. The new deal for live TV rights will come in from the 2016/17 season and will be worth over £5 billion over three seasons. Coates says supporters on "lower and average incomes need to be facilitated.
