Ticket promoter, Harvey Goldsmith, described secondary ticket sellers as "legitimate touts" after four ticket reselling websites agreed to a new code of conduct for the industry. The new law means customers buying from these sites will now be able to see the original cost of any ticket and whether there are entry restrictions and restricted views. The changes have come after concerns that some people are buying tickets at over inflated prices. Mr Goldsmith, who helped set up and promote Live Aid in 1985, said the secondary market "is creating a false market" by "starting an auction".
