Chibok girls remembered one year on

Mark Dean

Available for over a year

Ceremonies have been taking place around the world to mark one year since more than 200 girls were abducted by Nigerian militant Islamist group Boko Haram. Some of the girls have managed to escape but 219 remain missing. Despite appeals by relatives and a global campaign called Bring Back Our girls, they have not been rescued yet. There have also been sightings of the girls reported, but none have been found. A rally has been taking place in London to mark the one year. In this extract Mark Dean speaks to Lola Bello from the charity Path to Possibilities that has helped organise the event.
