As part of the programme's series covering 100 constituencies before the election, the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Education Editor Branwen Jeffreys has been to Peterborough where primary schools are feeling the pressure for places. John Lewis, Assistant Director of Children's Services at Peterborough City Council, says the council have had to create more space for pupils. "We've had to expand pretty much every school in the city and we will look at other options as we move forward," he said. Lewis added some parents have faced challenges with children being placed in different schools. "We've had parents who have four children in four different schools, we've seen some really challenging scenarios we've seen twins split between schools because of where they sat in the order of intake," he added.
