Available for over a year

Despite 25% of professional footballers being black, less than 4% of coaches within the game are black, asian or ethnic minority, furthermore barely 1% hold leadership positions across the 92 clubs. The FA and the players union, the PFA, have developed a new course, entitled Get On Board, with the specific aim of increasing the number of black, Asian and ethnic minority people working in corporate roles within the game. This week a group of 20 players, both current and retired, received their qualifications in a ceremony at Wembley.
