East Staffordshire pub's website hacked by jihadists

5 Live In Short

Available for over a year

Owner of the Dog and Partridge pub in East Staffordshire, Paul Needham, said jihadist hackers have "somewhat apologised" after targeting his pub's website. The group calling itself Moujahidin Team, have recently hacked the website of Air France, leaving Mr Needham "bemused" as to why his pub in the village of Marchington was targeted. He said there was "an illustration of a gas mask face" as well as "doom slogans" on the website, and has consequently had to close it down. Mr Needham suggested the hackers may have had an issue with him selling beer. This clip is originally from 5 live Drive on Friday 17 April 2015.
