Why: "I love their harmonies and how they modernised country music, not just in sound but in their socially aware lyrics. There is also a rare emotional resonance to their songs, I think there is a Dixie Chick lyric for just about every life event." it is an absolute pleasure to induct such a brilliant Country band in to the Singers Hall of Fame.
