Researchers have found evidence that a horse's face is more expressive than we think. Their facial muscles are complex, and their ability to make facial expressions is similar to a number of animals, including humans. Jenny Wathan is studying for a PhD on horse behaviour at Sussex University in England, and she says that horse faces could be a clue to their rich social world. (Photo: face of a horse.
