South Africa's Wayde van Niekerk shares his emotions after beating the Olympic Champion Kirani James to gold in the 400m final in Beijing. Wayde had to be stretchered out of the stadium after crossing the finishing line due to a build up of lactic acid, Wayde said he "made the mistake of sitting down and couldn't get back up again". But still over joyed by his victory a day on he told Ade Adedoyin: "I can say it's my title now, no one can take it away from me."
