Recorded in the Listening Project booth at City Gateway charity in Tower Hamlets, East London. Friends and colleagues Joanna and Jenny work for the charity which offers training, apprenticeships and support for disadvantaged and disengaged young people, vulnerable women and families in East London. During their conversation they discuss how hard it can be to describe their jobs, and tell people about their day - especially when others have a cliched view of their work.
