We also hear about the social media battle being launched by some of the drivers of London’s iconic black cabs against taxi-app firm Uber, and the drivers of London’s iconic black cabs. By monitoring Twitter, a small but vocal minority of established London cabbies are targeting Uber customers that make complaints on the social network.
