Just because the spotlight is now on desperate people hiking down railway lines and making risky border crossings in the dead of night, that doesn't mean that other desperate people aren't still making the dangerous journey from North Africa to southern Europe by sea. Philippe Douste-Blazy is a former French Foreign Minister - he's now UN Under-Secretary-General on the EU Migrant Crisis.
