The Queen's representative for the West Midlands has resigned after an email written by him making derogatory comments about Pakistanis was leaked. After an appearance at the Pakistan consulate in Birmingham, Paul Sabapathy CBE said Pakistanis needed to be taught "basic common courtesy and civility".
