Thirty two old Jamal Muhammed Raheem Ul Nasir from West Yorkshire was sentenced to seven years in prison for assaulting two young girls. At an appeal hearing, the judge ruled it was right to give him a longer sentence because of the culture of the two girls involved. She said the "shame" the two Asian girls would face in their communities, as well as the damage it may do to their future marriage prospects justified her decision. Do you think it's right to hand down a tougher sentence because the girls were Asian? Listen to the caller reaction.
