Can you teach people to be happy? The famously chuckling Dalai Lama thinks you can, and he's in the UK to launch a course designed to make the world a happier place. It's been developed by Action for Happiness. Its founder is Lord Richard Layard, Emeritus Professor of Economics at the LSE.
