Brian Lara, captain of the West Indian Test cricket team, talks about his record innings in 1994. In the space of a few weeks and at the age of 24 he broke two world batting records. One of these was in Antigua, in the fifth test against England when he made 375 - the highest individual score in 117 years of test cricket.
