Report on the agreement signed by Iraq and the UN, which will allow Iraq to sell oil. The programme covers an agreement which will allow Iraq to sell oil for the first time since its invasion of Kuwait in 1990. The money is expected to be used to help ease malnutrition and boost medical supplies and well as treat growing epidemics, including tuberculosis and malaria.
