A report on drugs and how profit is sometimes put before patients. The programme looks at the work of One World Health which is aiming to produce drugs that treat the so-called forgotten diseases. Drugs for these diseases, including leishmaniasis are often not available because its not in the commercial interests of the big pharmaceutical companies to make them.
