Nigella Lawson joins Nick Grimshaw to chat about her new cooking show, Simply Nigella. She speaks about some of her favourite new recipes and about how cooking doesn't have to be complicated; "All my food is simple... I just don't like fancy food." She doesn't consider herself a chef and is very humble about her abilities in the kitchen "My director puts his hands in front of his face... I've had many accidents!" It's the basics that Nigella says she loves about food. "I am fixated about the fact you can't get a good chip", she laments.
