Varoufakis Headlines Economics Festival

World Business Report

Available for over a year

Ireland's annual Kilkenomics festival is where economics and comedy meet. It has been described as the Davos World Economic Forum, but with jokes. Ireland, like Greece, was hit hard by the global financial crisis. Both had to be bailed out by their eurozone partners. But now the Irish economy is recovering while Greece's economy is still shrinking. The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Manuela Saragosa went along to the festival to find out why and met up with the star of the festival, Greece's former finanance minister, Yanis Varoufakis.
