A report on the Digital Solidarity Fund which aims to bridge the digital divide. The fund has been created under Swiss law and its aim is to support projects that connect rural areas in developing nations. Also, the programme visits internet cafes in Ghana where the use of email is raising some interesting questions, resident expert Bill Thompson also talks security and democracy at a conference in Madrid, held to mark a year since the train bombing there.
