The former Real Madrid President Ramon Calderon says Gary Neville will have a tough job on his hands at Valencia, as the players will be 'low on morale'. The former Manchester United and England defender was appointed as the new head coach of the Spanish La Liga side until the summer - where he will be assisted by his younger brother Phil.
