'Footballers can't go to the pub because of twitter'

5 Live In Short

Available for over a year

Football managers Tony Pulis and Sean Dyche bemoan the fact they can't go to the pub anymore, because they are wary of the public using social media. West Brom manager Pulis, 57, said: "Ten or 15 years ago you could stand at the end of a bar and have a discussion with someone but I wouldn't even dream of going in the pub now - you just can't do it." And Dyche, 44, who's in charge of Championship side Burnley reveals he's disappointed in the way he can no longer interact with fans adding, "It is a shame really. Now you are fearful of tweets and as a result it's harder to give someone an honest view of the game." This clip was taken from 5 live Sport on 10 December 2015.
