Rye Hill Prison on the Northamptonshire/Warwickshire border is “performing very well” in most areas, according to HM Inspectorate of Prisons. Rehabilitation services are a key part of what is on offer there --- and psychologists have to talk to prisoners in detail about serious offences. Treatment manager Louise Sharpe has been telling Sam Read what that means for those staff on a personal level.
