Available for over a year

Australian Michelle Payne became the first female jockey to win Australia's most prestigious horse race, the Melbourne Cup on the 3rd November 2015. Speaking on the 5 live Racing programme, the jockey hopes that her victory will lead to greater gender equality within the sport of horseracing. “I just hope that it proves we can be competitive with the guys in the bigger races”, said Payne “I get so frustrated that we don’t get the opportunities.” This clip is originally from 5 live Sport, Wednesday 23 December 2015.
